We can produce your identity cards on our bio card material unlike PLA cards which are corn based material that our research has shown is not and environmentally sustainable solution. Our bio card takes PVC (which is low cost as it is produced in abundance from oil by products) and introduces enzymes into the material. This has been in development for the past several years and is patent pending. This 99% PVC product biodegrades in 1 to 5 years in soil, water, compost or wherever micro-organisms are present. The product performs within all standard card parameters and has a standard shelf life. The finished card performs equal to cards manufactured on regular PVC as no biodegradation takes place unless the product is in a fertile environment.
