Visitor Pass Systems

A range of visitor systems packages are available to provide simple and clear pass issue to visitors to your school. They have all been designed specifically for schools to cater for both Health and Safety registration of visitors and high visibility pass issue for easy identification whilst on the premises.

The pass system uses pre- numbered passes to record and register visitors, parents, contractors and other people who need access to the school. The date of visit, visitor name, host, company and signature of the visitor are all recorded onto the pass. This is then removed for the pass book and issued in a pass holder for the visitor to wear whilst on site.

These details are duplicated by ncr on to the visitor and fire register sheet. Additionally on this sheet the time in, vehicle registration and time out can be recorded to comply with fire regulations. The pass system enables staff to easily advise visitors of site health and safety requirements.

The basic entry level visitor pass system includes 200 passes, a reception writing board, pass holder storage tower, reception pen set and 10 visitor wallets and clips.

Options include 500 and 1000 pass sets as well as printed visitor lanyards. Refill pack of passes, holders and accessories are also available.

We can also custom print pass sets to include your school branding and requirements.
